Everything VTBON does, and how.

The inventory, chapter by chapter. Everything written here is shipped in the app.

Dictation

Eyes free, hands on the wheel.

  • The app talks: it names the field, reads back the value it understood, reads the final summary.
  • A dialogue, not a voice form: “no: Cannes” corrects; to “Roissy-en-Brie or Roissy-en-France?”, “en France” is enough.
  • It knows when it hesitated: on a hard word, it reads back and waits for a yes or no, instead of asking again.
  • Common-sense floors: a phone number has ten digits, a price is a plausible amount, a street number survives geocoding.
  • What you have confirmed is never questioned again.
  • A dictation tips panel, behind a “?”, to learn how to talk to it.

The pickup sign

Your passenger's name full-screen.

  • First in a voucher's share row: the name scrolls along the length of the phone, the screen stays on, a button flips the display to match your hand.
  • The name only, never the rest: the screen is held up to a crowd.
  • The sign agreed with your passenger, remembered — the name, never.
  • A pause, and when the name already fits, it shows still and as large as the board allows.
  • It writes nothing: no number consumed, no state touched.

Your memory

Derived from your vouchers, nothing more.

  • Automatic client book, “regular client” recall in the form.
  • Address aliases: “Roissy”, “the clinic”, the full address you already validated.
  • Favourites, to keep returning passengers and routes within reach.

The money

Invoice, track, remind.

  • Revenue strip: Awaiting · Overdue · Received, by month, calendar quarter (the URSSAF one) or year.
  • Due-date countdown, 30 → 0, on every open invoice.
  • Automatic overdue past the due date, or declared when your agreed term is shorter.
  • Payment reminder: the PDF becomes a reminder letter; penalties and the €40 indemnity are only written to a business client (art. L.441-10 / D.441-5).
  • Reminder tracking: “Reminded · 5 d”.
  • The credit note, the only way to cancel an issued invoice, paid or not.
  • “Back to open”: the safety net against a slip on “Received”.
  • Numbering derived from your data, self-repairing after a sync, even across devices.
  • CSV and JSON import, accounting CSV export, electronic invoice (XML).

Search

Three letters are enough.

  • Search across eight fields: “Den” finds Denis, Vadenis and rue Denfert, with the matching part highlighted.
  • It also covers archived documents — no more filing by hand.

My documents

Ready for a roadside check.

  • ID card, driving licence, VTC professional card, ADS, company registration, liability insurance, vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, MOT.
  • Front, back, photographed with the phone's camera.
  • An alert thirty days before expiry.

Personalisation

To your hand.

  • Ten palettes — Gold, Orchid, Turquoise, Coral, Sun, Sunset, Burgundy, Teal, Indigo, Espresso — each in Night and Day mode.
  • Five languages: French, English, German, Italian, Spanish.
  • The voice that guides you, chosen among those on your phone.
  • Your company logo and your photo, cropped, on your documents.

The foundation

What makes the app reliable.

  • Cloud hosted in Europe, multi-device sync: change phones, find everything again.
  • A network drop never blocks creating, viewing or the PDF.
  • Account required; compliant account deletion, with legal archiving of invoices.
  • Native sharing: WhatsApp, SMS, email, PDF, and the voucher as a “ticket” image, readable at a glance. No third-party API, no sending fees.
  • Installable web app, iPhone and Android apps in preparation.
  • 1,338 automated tests watch over every rule.
