Website: cookies and trackers
The vtbon.fr website sets no cookie on its public pages, loads no font or script from a third party, and uses no navigation tracker or audience measurement tool.
A strictly necessary session cookie exists only in the administration area, reserved for the publisher.
Waiting list
By leaving your email on this site, you consent to receive one message the day VTBON launches on the stores. Data collected: email address, declared profession (VTC or taxi), page language, page of origin, date. Legal basis: your consent. Retention: until launch, then deletion within 30 days, or as soon as you ask at contact@vtbon.fr. No IP address, no name, no tracker.
VTBON app: account and sync
The VTBON app requires an account to work. Your transport vouchers and invoices are synced and backed up on secure servers hosted in Europe (EU), in line with art. 44 of the GDPR.
Your documents are backed up automatically and reachable from all your devices. No audio recording from voice input is kept on our servers. Your transport data (rides, clients, amounts) is hosted securely, in line with the GDPR.
Account data and subscription
To manage your account, your email address is collected. Subscriptions are in-app purchases on the App Store or Google Play: the publisher holds no banking data, payment being handled by Apple or Google.
This data is used exclusively to manage your account and is never sold to third parties.
