Terms of use

Last updated: September 2026

Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the vtbon.fr website. Browsing the site means accepting them.

They cover the WEBSITE only. The VTBON app is not yet open to the public: its own terms of use and subscription terms will be presented and accepted when an account is created, and will then prevail over these for anything concerning the app.

Publisher

The site is published by SAS VTBON. The publisher's full identity, registered office, host and publication director appear in the legal notice.

Access to the site

The site is free to access and requires no account. Internet access and equipment costs remain yours.

We aim to keep it available at all times without being bound to: an interruption for maintenance, an update or an outside cause may occur without notice.

The waiting list

Leaving your address means asking to be told the day the app is released. We send a single message, on that occasion — no newsletter, no advertising, and your address is never passed to a third party.

You can withdraw at any time, without giving a reason, by writing to contact@vtbon.fr. The data collected, its legal basis and its retention period are described in the privacy policy.

What the regulatory information is not

The pages on the transport voucher, the invoice and taxi mode set out obligations drawn from official French texts. They are provided for general information and are neither legal, accounting nor tax advice.

Only the official texts in force are authoritative. For a particular situation, consult a qualified professional.

Intellectual property

The structure of the site, its texts, images, film, mockups and code are protected by copyright. The VTBON name and logo belong to the publisher.

Any reproduction, adaptation or distribution, in whole or in part and on any medium, is forbidden without prior written permission. Short quotation remains free, provided it names VTBON and links to the page quoted.

Expected use

The site is to be used for its intended purpose. The following are forbidden in particular: any attempt to disrupt the site or its security, automated or mass submission of the form, and systematic extraction of its content.

Liability

The publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damage arising from access to the site or its unavailability, nor for decisions taken on the sole basis of the regulatory information it carries.

The public pages link to no third-party service. Should an external link appear, the publisher has no control over the destination and declines all responsibility for it.

Personal data, cookies and audience measurement

The site sets no advertising cookie or tracker on its public pages, and loads no font or script from a third party. A strictly necessary session cookie exists only in the administration area, reserved for the publisher.

Page views are counted without a cookie and without an identifier: the counter records only the date, the page address and its language, in aggregate. It does not follow a visitor from page to page, does not recognise them on a later visit, and keeps neither IP address nor browser fingerprint.

The detail of the processing and how to exercise your rights are set out in the privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change at any time. The applicable version is the one published on this page; its last update date is shown under the title.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first: write to contact@vtbon.fr. Once a paid service is offered, a consumer will be able to use consumer mediation free of charge (mediator to be appointed before any paid service opens, art. L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code).

Failing agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent French courts.
