VTC & Taxi

The VTC transport voucher, dictated by voice.

You speak, VTBON prepares your voucher. All that is left is to share it with your passengers or colleagues, by WhatsApp or SMS. Hands on the wheel, eyes on the road.

Demo · dictation

You dictate, VTBON writes and produces your voucher, ready to send.

It names the field to fill, you dictate, it reads back what it understood. Watch the whole journey, hands-free.

The demonstrations show the app in French.

Their palette, your palette: ten colours, Night or Day. Tap a swatch.

01One tap on Dictate: the bottom bar becomes your toolbar.

New · meeting at the station and the airport

Your pickup sign, without a sheet of paper.

A fourth button, first in the share row, raises your passenger's name full-screen and scrolls it along the length of the phone, where the letters are tallest. You are recognised in an arrivals hall without pulling out a sheet.

The name only.

Never the phone number, the address, the flight or the price: this screen is held up to a crowd.

Your agreed sign.

Add the sign your passenger has been told about: nobody can copy your board. VTBON remembers the sign, never the name.

The screen stays on.

The name scrolls, freezes when it fits at once, and flips to match the hand holding the phone.

Invoice, track, remind.

An invoice is born awaiting payment. VTBON counts the days, flags the delay and writes the reminder letter for you.

My documents

Your papers, one tap away.

Photograph your professional card, driving licence, registration certificate and insurance certificates once — front, back, expiry date. At a roadside check, “Present my documents” scrolls them full-screen: you hand over the phone, the officer flips through.

The list follows your status — the parking authorisation only appears for taxis — and warns you when a document is about to expire.

Profile › My documents, as the app shows it.

Taxi mode

Built for taxis too.

A taxi may pick up on the street, a VTC may not. VTBON adapts to your status: the fare receipt when hailed, the proof of booking outside your zone. One profile, the right document at the right time.

Fare receipt

Street hails and every ride of €25 or more, order of 6 November 2015

Out-of-zone proof

Prior booking outside your parking zone, order of 6 August 2025 (art. L.3121-11)

Parking licence and home town, on every document

Minimum fare

The minimum pickup fare, applied and displayed automatically

Meter excluding extras, tariffs A, B, C, D, itemised extras: the receipt fills in like the voucher, by voice or keyboard.

Your memory, not ours

Your regulars as favourites, everything else one search away.

Everything comes from the vouchers and invoices you have already issued. Nothing more is collected, nothing is kept elsewhere.

Favourites

A star on a passenger or a route that comes back: on the next voucher it is one tap away, name, phone and addresses already filled in.

Search

A name, an address, a number: your vouchers and invoices come back in a few letters, archived ones included.

Automatic client book

A name already seen comes back on its own — “regular client”, phone and passenger count pre-filled — and “Roissy” is enough to bring back the full address you validated.

In a driver's words

Dictating my voucher by voice at the wheel, without losing a minute, changes the whole day. 9 vouchers generated a day on average: the efficiency is real, I save a huge amount of time every day.

And when the trial ends?

Nothing disappears. The app switches to read-only: everything that exists stays viewable, printable and exportable — invoices must be kept for ten years (art. L.123-22 of the French Commercial Code). Only the creation of new documents stops.

  • Subscriptions are taken out from the VTBON app on iPhone or Android.
  • Monthly, no commitment, renewed automatically. Cancel from your App Store or Google Play account settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • No commission on your rides, no sending fees.

Frequently asked questions

VTC voucher, invoices, taxi: your questions.

Is the VTC transport voucher mandatory?

Yes. Every VTC driver must be able to prove a prior booking before each pickup (art. L.3122-2 of the French Transport Code). This proof — the “transport voucher” — must be shown at a roadside check, on paper or on the phone screen. Without it, the ride counts as street hailing, which VTCs are forbidden to do.

What must a VTC transport voucher contain (order of 6 August 2025)?

Seven details: the operator's identity, its VTC register number, the date and time of the booking, the date and time of pickup, the pickup location, the passenger's name and the vehicle registration. VTBON fills them in on every voucher it generates.

What fine does a VTC driver risk without a booking voucher?

At a check without proof, the driver faces a fixed fine of around €1,500 (applied since July 2025), a licence suspension, vehicle immobilisation and referral to the disciplinary board. The voucher is not a formality: it is your protection.

How do I fill in a VTC voucher quickly, between two rides?

You dictate it. VTBON names the field, you answer: pickup, drop-off, passenger name, date, time, price. It reads back what it understood, you say yes, and the voucher leaves by WhatsApp, SMS or email. Your hands stay on the wheel.

Is a free voucher template, as a PDF or a paper pad, enough?

A paper pad helps when the phone is flat, and that is its only advantage: you write every ride by hand, check the seven details yourself, then keep the copy. VTBON generates the voucher by voice, sends it to the passenger and files it: months later, at a check, you find it again by typing three letters of the name.

What if I lose the network?

A network drop never blocks you: you create, view and print your vouchers and invoices; everything syncs as soon as the connection is back. VTBON is a cloud application — your documents live on servers in Europe, not only in your phone.

How do I make an invoice as a VTC driver, self-employed or company?

A VTC invoice carries continuous numbering with no gap or duplicate, the details required by art. L.441-1 of the French Commercial Code, the “EI” mention for a sole trader and the VAT wording that matches your status. VTBON generates it from the voucher in one tap, then tracks its payment.

Can an invoice be edited or deleted?

No, and that is the law: an issued invoice is kept for ten years (art. L.123-22 of the French Commercial Code). To cancel it, paid or not, VTBON issues a credit note. A slip on “Received” is undone with “Back to open”, without a credit note.

What happens when a client does not pay on time?

Every open invoice shows the days left before its due date — thirty by default (art. L.441-10 of the French Commercial Code), or the term you agreed. Past the due date it becomes overdue, and the revenue strip shows it: Awaiting · Overdue · Received.

How do I remind a client who has not paid?

From the overdue invoice, “Send a payment reminder”: the same gesture as sharing, the same channels, but the PDF becomes a reminder letter. The tone stays courteous, the letter admits a payment may have crossed in the post, and late-payment penalties only appear for a business client. Nothing is rewritten in the invoice, no number is consumed.

Does mandatory e-invoicing concern me?

For rides invoiced to a company, yes: the reform progressively requires a structured format instead of a plain PDF. VTBON produces the electronic invoice (XML), ready to upload, with no setup. For private clients, nothing changes.

Which VAT rate applies to VTC rides?

Passenger transport falls under the reduced 10 % rate. Below the exemption threshold (art. 293 B of the French Tax Code), the invoice reads “VAT not applicable”. VTBON applies the right wording according to the status set in your profile.

What is the taxi fare receipt, and when is it mandatory?

The fare receipt (order of 6 November 2015) is handed to the passenger for every ride of €25 or more, notably when hailed. For a booking outside the parking zone, the taxi also produces a proof of prior booking (art. L.3121-11). VTBON's taxi mode issues the right document for the situation, with the ADS number and home town.

Which documents must I carry for a roadside check?

Professional card, driving licence, ID, vehicle registration, insurance, MOT, company registration, liability insurance, ADS for a taxi. “My documents”, in your profile, keeps them photographed front and back and warns you thirty days before an expiry.

What is the pickup sign?

Your passenger's name full-screen, scrolling along the length of the phone, so you are recognised in a station or airport hall. It shows the name only, and you can add a sign agreed with your passenger that nobody can copy.

Which app should I choose for my vouchers and invoices as a VTC driver?

An app made by and for VTC and taxi drivers: vouchers dictated at the wheel, compliant invoices, sending by WhatsApp, SMS or email through your own phone, multi-device cloud backup, five languages, no commission on your rides. Seven days of trial with every feature.

Is my data secure?

Your vouchers and invoices are backed up on servers hosted in the European Union, in line with the GDPR. Change phones, find everything again. The website uses no advertising cookie or tracker; the app keeps no audio recording.

Can I subscribe from this website?

No. Subscriptions are taken out from the VTBON app on iPhone or Android, as an in-app purchase; they unlock every device on your account. Here, you leave your email to be told about the launch.
